The download includes all the code that Scott created from Scratch during the presentation.  The only thing missing is the database creation script.  Just create a SQL table that has the correct properties and types (take a look at the generated Table Adapter code to reverse engineer the table if necessary).

Scott's "homework" assignment was for you to download the code, apply breakpoints throughout the code and step through how it all works.  He then suggested hand-creating an exact replica and again, stepping through it.  Scott believes that by performing these two tasks you'll have a much better understanding of what MVP is and how it works.
