November 2007 - Posts

  • CodeMash

Hopefully you've heard of CodeMash by now, but if you haven't head over to www.codemash.org to get the skinny.  They have some excellent sessions lined up covering a broad range of platforms and languages, including .Net, Python and Ruby.  Last year's conference was a great success and I expect the same out of this year.  It looks like they have snagged Scott Hanselman in as a keynote speaker as well!

The conference is located in Sandusky, OH, at the Kalahari Lodge.  This is resort hotel with an enormous indoor water park!  Take the family and let them frolic around the water park while you absorb some great information.

  • November 2007 Meeting Recap

    Last Meeting(Attendance 23)
Well, it's a holiday week, so attendance was down from normal, but still pretty strong.  Steve Gentile came to speak to us about Castle Monorails.  You can find his slide deck in our downloads section.  This was Steve's first public presentation and I think he did a great job with it.  I've already hit him to see if he'll come speak again.
