  • SharePoint Developer

    We’re seeking a SharePoint expert with development background who will work in a team-based environment on the planning, architecting, development and on-going support of a growing portal solution for content/knowledge management.

    Ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in SharePoint technologies ranging from planning and architecting to development of web parts.  Duties include interaction with end-users to define requirements, architecting and developing solutions, evaluating and implementing 3rd-party tools, developing custom web parts, integrating enterprise content, solutions testing, and on-going application support.

    Actual production experience with SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services 2003 is mandatory.

    Skills:
    SharePoint 2003 technologies
    Website design and development experience is MS environment
    Working knowledge of:
    ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, XML, CAML as well as .NET technologies such as ASP.NET
    SQL
    Experience migrating from SharePoint 1.0 to SharePoint 2003 a plus

    Excellent communication skills
    High motivation, self direction, & commitment
    Ability to multi-task
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Strong team orientation

    Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field
    2+ years experience with web application development
    Actual hands-on production experience with SharePoint 2003
    Some travel may be required
